Aerial Classes
Teaches traditional aerial apparati, including aerial tissue (silks), aerial hoop (lyra), Spanish web, and static trapeze.

Kids Aerial Classes (ages 7-15)
Combination performance, fitness, and circus skill development - our aerial program offers all that you could want. Come learn the skills of Cirque du Soleil taught by the professional performers.

Schedule:
Wednesday: 6:00-7:00pm
Friday: 6:00-7:00pm
Saturdays: 12:00-1:00pm

Chinese Pole Classes
Teaches Chinese Poles moves, from correct climbing techniques to advanced skills. SD United/De Leon Productions offers the only class dedicated to Chinese poles and the only pair of rubberized Chinese poles (professional quality) available in San Diego for training purposes.

Schedule:
Wednesday: 7:00-8:00pm (Open to ages 10 and up)
Thursdays: 7:00-8:00pm (Open to ages 10 and up)

Acrobatic Open Gym:
Instructors are present and supervise warm ups and strength development at the end. A variety of aerial equipment and the Chinese poles are available for practice.
