Going to Woodward has been an SD UNITED tradition since before SD UNITED existed - this year Woodward and SD UNITED are inviting parkourists and traceurs alongside gymnasts.

Woodward stands on it's own as a premier extreme training camp - it's reputation and facilities speak for themselves. Typical Day at Woodward

7:30 a.m.: Rise and shine, clean cabins
8:00—9:00 a.m.: Breakfast
9:15—12:15 p.m.: Morning instruction
12:15—2:00 p.m.: Lunch and recreation (Swimming, Arts/Crafts, Photography, Bowling, Rock Wall, etc.)
3:00—5:00 p.m.: Open workout
3:30—6:30 p.m.: Dinner and recreation (Swimming, Arts/Crafts, Photography, Bowling, Rock Wall, etc.)
6:30—8:30 p.m.: Evening instruction
8:30-10:00 p.m.: Recreation (campfire, ice cream social, talent show, etc.)
10:00 p.m.: Curfew*
11:00 p.m.: Lights out!
